ATL is providing construction inspection and materials testing for borrow, ABC, PCCP, asphaltic concrete, structural and trench backfill, and concrete for structures at the 27th Avenue and Thomas Road site located on US60 (Grand Avenue). The work at this site includes construction of structures over Thomas Road, 17th Avenue and the BNSF Railway to realign Grand Avenue. ATL is also providing construction inspection and materials testing for borrow, ABC, PCCP, asphaltic concrete, structural and trench backfill, and concrete for structures at the 91st Avenue ramps to SR101L site is located in the City of Peoria beginning at Cactus Road and extending northeasterly to SR101L. The work at this site includes construction of structures over SR101L and freeway ramps for 91st Avenue.
