Frank Rivera has lived his entire life in the Southwest. Born the son of a copper miner in Globe, Arizona; it seemed he had the land in his blood. In 1968 Frank graduated from Arizona State University. Frank joined ATL in 1988 and in four years purchased the company with his partner, David P. Hayes.

Today Frank has more than 32 years of experience in the construction industry, including 17 years in construction inspection, construction management, geotechnical engineering and materials testing.

He is also an active member of the community, serving on a number of boards including the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Associated Minority Contractors of America, the Valley of the Sun YMCA, and others
