The stadium ($430-million stadium & exhibit complex) included 80,000 cubic yards of reinforced concrete (8,888 cement truck loads), 430,000 square feet of masonry, 12,000 tons of structural steel, 5,600 tons of roof steel and roof coverage of 210,000 square feet. The stadium is 5 stories, 2,756 parking spaces, 72,000 seat open air stadium, press box, 110 luxury boxes, 2 club lounges, restrooms, concession areas and offices; concrete structural frame, brick/pre-cast concrete exterior, and steel roofing. ATL provided shop and field construction inspection and materials testing for stadium structural steel, miscellaneous steel and roof steel including visual and ultrasonic testing/inspection, bolt torqueing, surface preparation and paint inspection.
