As a part of the construction management team, ATL provided certified construction inspectors and materials technicians to inspect all phases of construction and all construction materials testing were: structural earthwork, site preparation, site utilities, reinforcing steel, concrete formwork, concrete placement, structural steel welding and bolt-ups, masonry mortar and grout, mechanical piping systems, HVAC system, electrical systems, electrical and mechanical start up operations and other miscellaneous areas. ATL provided daily construction inspection reports, field reports, lab reports and weekly summaries to the Construction manager. The project involved 12 stories of structural steel and a 4 level reinforced concrete underground parking garage, masonry walls, and courtroom finishes.
